Hi. I am Giulia.
I am a well-being facilitator.

I’m a Mental Health Trainer and the founder of RE:TREAT, a yoga and meditation studio in Vienna.

My work blends science-based mental health education with somatic movement and embodied practices to help people reconnect with balance, resilience, and presence.

I support both corporate clients (Wien Energie, Canva Europe, Audi & Kunsthistorische Museum) and individuals through group programs, workshops, and private sessions — offered in person and online.

Whether I’m teaching in a boardroom or on the mat, my focus is always the same: helping people come home to themselves.

My Tools

  • Somatic ecstatic trance is a deep, embodied state of consciousness that combines movement, breathwork, sound, and intention to access altered states of awareness. Rooted in ancient spiritual practices and modern somatic techniques, this trance state allows participants to connect with their inner experiences in a profound, non-ordinary way.

  • Yoga therapy is a holistic approach that uses the principles and practices of yoga to address physical, mental, and emotional health challenges. Unlike a general yoga class, yoga therapy is tailored to the individual’s specific needs, taking into account their unique health conditions, lifestyle, and personal goals.

  • Buddhist meditation is a practice that cultivates mindfulness, concentration, and insight to achieve greater awareness and inner peace. It involves techniques such as focused attention on the breath, observing thoughts and sensations without attachment, and cultivating compassion and loving-kindness. The goal is to quiet the mind, understand the nature of reality, and ultimately attain enlightenment, or a deep understanding of the true nature of existence. Through regular practice, Buddhist meditation fosters mental clarity, emotional balance, and a profound sense of interconnectedness with all beings.

  • Kundalini meditation is a practice aimed at awakening and harnessing the powerful energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini. This meditation combines specific breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asanas) and focused awareness to activate and guide this energy through the chakras, or energy centers, along the spine.

  • Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that involves consciously controlling the breath to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By using specific breathing techniques, such as deep, rhythmic, or patterned breathing, breathwork can help reduce stress, release suppressed emotions, and enhance self-awareness. It can also promote relaxation, increase energy levels, and support healing processes.

  • Relaxation techniques are methods designed to help reduce stress and promote calmness in the mind and body. These techniques can include practices like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, visualization, meditation, and guided imagery. By slowing down the heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and easing muscle tension, relaxation techniques help alleviate anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. They are simple, accessible tools that can be used daily to manage stress and maintain a balanced state of mind.

  • Item descriptioShake the Dust is more than just a workout- it’s a transformative, embodied practice of the body, heart, and mind, and a form of activism through movement. Each session invites you to shake off what no longer serves, personally and collectively, and to reclaim your body as a powerful tool for change. Guided by a poetic theme and an epic playlist, we move together through waves of shaking, jumping, resting, dancing, intuitive flow, plus elements of yoga, Pilates, somatics, and bodyweight strength work. This is a space where movement becomes a statement, where you can sweat, release, and build a resilient body while also grounding into the values and vision for a better world. This is a practice for ALL. Whether you’re a yogi, a seeker, or simply ready to move with purpose, Shake the Dust is your invitation to take up space, break patterns, and come alive.n

Curious about embodied practices and just don’t know where to start?
